We love it and have been taking it for years! I can't imagine getting through the day of teaching without this. I stay focused and positive all day because of this stuff. It's the best!
I stopped taking for awhile because I was getting a headache - I know that the ingredients may have changed, or at least the source since covid - this batch has not given me headaches and has had fantastic results in my daily life and focus - I am very happy with this product. I would prefer more of an energy boost but supplementing with caffeine.
I'd been feeling so run down that I ordered after reading some reviews. I was not let down, Grind works! I actually feel like doing things again and work has gotten so much easier to get through.
